The Good Governance Academy, in collaboration with Wits Business School, is proud to announce the launch of the Journal of Advances in Corporate Governance (ACG). The journal was conceived to create a dedicated forum for sharing meaningful research and insights on critical issues in governance, sustainability, reporting, and business science through global collaboration.

 

This initiative is inspired by the extensive work and international influence of Professor Mervyn King, who has chaired several high-profile governance and oversight bodies, including the United Nations Eminent Persons Group on Governance, the Global Reporting Initiative, and the King Committee on Corporate Governance.

 

The ACG aims to blend practice and academia, fostering a collaborative platform for governance and business science matters of public interest, enhancing our understanding and application of effective corporate governance globally.
